Grilled Chicken Legs

This is a recipe that my brother Shane came up with. He made them this past summer & everyone loved them. I served this for dinner tonight with fried, breaded squash & baby Lima beans.

Chicken legs
Olive Oil
Seasoned Salt
Garlic Powder
Minced Onion
BBQ Sauce (we like to use Sweet Baby Ray's)

Place chicken legs in a Ziploc bag. Pour in enough olive oil to coat the meat. Add all spices. Sorry there are no measurements, you just eyeball how much you think you will like. Close bag & massage the meat so that the oil & spices coat the meat. Place in refrigerator for a minimum of 30 minutes. Periodically flip the bag over & massage the meat. Once you have marinated to your preference, place chicken on a hot grill. During the last 10 minutes of cooking, baste with the BBQ sauce.
