I love, love, love sweet potatoes. They are one of the yummiest vegetables to eat. I especially love them baked in the oven & topped with butter, cinnamon, brown sugar & a touch of nutmeg. As Thanksgiving approaches I think about all the yummy foods we will eat. I wanted to find a new recipe for sweet potato casserole. I will share some of those I found. Do you have a favorite?
