We really enjoyed this tasty change to broccoli. The whole family likes broccoli so it was nice to serve it in a new way.
5 c frozen broccoli florets
2 tbsp butter
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
Cook broccoli according to package directions. Drain & remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well.
Yay! Dairy-free veggies! I can't wait to try this out.
i just made this and it is probably the best brocolli recipe i've ever made! sooo good!
