Kielbasa Pepper Bow Tie Skillet

1 16 oz box uncooked bow tie pasta
1 julienned green pepper
1 julienned sweet red pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1-1/2 teaspoons butter
1 pound fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper

Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the peppers and onion in butter until tender. Add the sausage, salt and pepper; cook and stir until sausage is heated through. Drain pasta and add to skillet; toss to coat.

This was really good. I modified it a little for my taste. I didn't sautee the veggies. I prefer my veggies fresh & added a little EVOO before tossing. Will be making this one again.
