Pork Chop Potato Casserole

Tonight's dinner was a long time favorite. I hope you & your family enjoy it.

4-6 Pork chops (boneless or bone in)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 cans of water
4-5 large potatoes, sliced
1 small onion, chopped

Brown pork chops in oil. Mix soup & water well. In a 9x13 baking dish, layer 1/2 of the potatoes & 1/2 of the onion. Top with 1/2 of the soup mixture. Layer the remaining potatoes, onion & soup. Place browned pork chops on the top. Cover & bake at 350 for 1 hour.
