Potato Soup

Potatoes, cubed
Carrots, chopped
Celery, chopped
Onion, chopped
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 small can evaporated milk
1 stick of butter or margarine
Salt, pepper, parsley & garlic powder to taste

Place chopped vegetables into a large pot. Cover generously with water & bring to a boil. Simmer & cook until vegetable are tender. Add evaporated milk, soup, butter & seasonings. Stir until blended.
