2 large cans buttermilk biscuits (not the huge Grands biscuits)
14 oz jar spaghetti sauce, divided
2-3 c shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
1 garlic clove, pressed
Optional Toppings (pick your favorites)
Pepperoni, onion, olives, mushrooms, bacon, ham, peppers, etc.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Quarter biscuits & place in a large bowl. Stir in half of the sauce & half of the cheese. Add garlic & any of the optional toppings. Mix until biscuits are coated with the sauce. Spread mixture into a greased 9x13 pan. Pour remaining sauce & cheese over the top. Bake 25-30 minutes.
