Foil Garlic Bread

This is my all-time favorite way to make garlic bread. It all started with my mom.....

Ingredients
1 loaf Italian bread (unsliced from the bakery)
Butter
Garlic salt

Directions
Slice bread into 3/4"-1" slices (we like our bread BIG). Keep your bread slices together. Butter one side of the bread. Sprinkle with garlic salt. Push all slices back together so you have a loaf of bread again. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake in a 450 degree oven until butter melts. Open the top of your foil for a few minutes to allow the top to get crispy. Remove from oven & serve with your favorite pasta dish! If you have leftovers they can be eaten the next day. Put the slices on the top rack of your BBQ grill & allow to warm up & get crispy. Yummy!

This bread is great! I made it to take to my home group for lasagna and it was a prefect match, I think it made the meal!
