Grilled Bread

We made this with dinner last night. Since everything we were eating was on the grill, I decided to do the bread too!

1 loaf bakery fresh French bread
Olive oil
Salt or garlic salt

Slice bread about 3/4" thick. Brush olive oil on both sides of bread. Sprinkle one side of bread with salt or garlic salt (we just had garlic bread so I used salt & it was a tasty alternative. I didn't have any sea salt or that would have been better yet). Place on hot grill (about 5 minutes before the rest of your food is ready). Turn bread only once. Watch it closely to prevent burning.
