Cheese Grits Souffle

People go nuts when I make this souffle. I am not a lover of grits, but this recipe is tastefully delicious.

1 1/2 c instant grits
2 tsp salt
6 c boiling water
4 c grated cheddar cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1/8 tsp paprika
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook grits & salt in boiling water for 5 minutes (or until done). Mix all ingredients & pour into a well-greased 3 quart casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Note: The souffle can be mixed & placed in the refrigerator until ready to bake. I usually mix it together the night before & then just plop it in the oven when I wake up.
