BBQ Beef Sandwiches

I have frozen leftover meat for another meal & it was great even the second time.

1 bottom round roast
1 package dry onion soup mix
2 c water
1 bottle of BBQ sauce
Hamburger buns

Place roast in crock pot. Cover with soup mix & then with water. Cook on high for 8 hours (overnight is good). Flip roast & cook on low for 6 hours. Remove excess fat. Shred with forks to desired thickness. Mix in BBQ sauce. Serve on hamburger buns.
This is the meat after shredding with 2 forks & before the sauce has been added.
