Garlic-Butter Steak

WOW!!! That is all I can say after making this tasty garlic-butter steak. It was like a party of flavor in my mouth.
1 beef flat iron steak or boneless top sirloin steak (3/4 pound)
1/8 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
2 tbsp butter, softened, divided
1 tsp minced fresh parsley
1/2 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp soy sauce
Sprinkle steak with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, cook steak in 1 tablespoon butter over medium-high heat for 4-6 minutes on each side or until meat reaches desired doneness. Let stand for 5 minutes before slicing.
In a small bowl, combine the parsley, garlic, soy sauce and remaining butter. Serve with steak.
Serving Suggestion: Serve with Roasted Potatoes with Thyme & Gorgonzola
