I love the fresh fruits & vegetable of summer. I love to pick up things & then create something delicious in my kitchen. This grilled zucchini was tasty good! I threw it together to go with some ribeye steaks.
Wash zucchini. Cut the ends off. Slice zucchini from end to end into 1/4" thick planks. Brush both sides with olive oil. Then sprinkle both sides with garlic salt, pepper & Parmesan. Place zucchini on hot grill for about 4 minutes on each side (turn only once). Watch carefully so they don't burn.
